- Download the latest version of Internet Explorer. If you run Windows XP, you must run IE8. If you run Windows Vista or 7 you can use IE9 Beta, which is faster. If you use a MAC or run Linux, you will have to find your own way to get IE.
- Create a Windows Live ID if you do not already have one. You can do this by making a Hotmail email account. Click the "Sign up" button at their website to create one.
(Make sure to enter your address correctly, as they send prizes by mail)
- Visit the Rewards section at the Bing website and sign up for their toolbar. Complete the sign up form to get the toolbar. (You must use Internet Explorer)

- Check that the Bing Toolbar is enabled, if not, open up Internet Explorer and click the "View" button in the top left, click "Toolbars" and finally "Bing Toolbar" to enable it.
You can now earn rewards by clicking the "Rewards" button on the tool-bar and visiting the links listed, or earn credits by searching with the toolbar. You will get 1 credit for every 2 searches you do, limit 10 per day from searching. When you want to redeem a prize, click the Rewards tab on the toolbar and click "Redemption Center" to see the prizes you can order. If you only are interested in Microsoft Points, click the "Digital Download" section of the left side and find it in the list.
